The National Oak Wilt Symposium
On June 4,5, 6 and 7, 2007 the 2nd National Oak Wilt Symposium was held in Austin, Texas. Oak wilt researchers and management specialists from
across the United States came together to present the latest findings
about the biology and management of this devastating tree disease. The
Symposium was highlighted by two days of oral presentations,
field trips, a Texas style social event, and ample time
to network with those directly involved in studying or managing oak
wilt.
